As a Visual Designer at Decathlon’s Global Headquarters (Lille, France) within the Creative Studio (Global Strategy & Communications), I contributed to internal communication projects through a 360° visual storytelling approach. Working at the intersection of graphic design, branding and audiovisual production, I helped transform complex messages into engaging visual experiences for an international audience.
My role ranged from creating visual identities, event assets and communication materials to supporting photo and video productions from preparation to post-production.
1. Video Editing & Motion Graphics
End-to-end audiovisual production, filming, and editing for global corporate communications. This includes motion design, color grading, and audio mixing for strategic events, high-level leadership speeches, and multimedia content celebrating Decathlon's 50th anniversary.
2. Event Branding & Identity
Visual identity and logo design for major international corporate events. Key projects include the branding for the Northeast Asia Production Project 2030 in Asia and the comprehensive design assets for the LTC CUP Logistics Awards Ceremony.
3. Digital Assets, Iconography & UI Design
A diverse range of digital touchpoints designed to enhance internal communication and operational efficiency:
Product Campaign: LinkedIn promotional assets for the W200 watch, highlighting its durable, affordable, and repairable design.
Iconography: A custom icon collection developed for warehouse signage to optimize internal production workflows.
UI/Internal Sites: Complete redesign of strategic internal platforms, including the Global Strategy & Communications portal and the Value Chain Center of Excellence.
4. Behind the Scenes & Production Highlights
A look behind the scenes: teamwork, on-site setup, and the creative workflow. This section captures the daily collaboration, tech setup, and hands-on production that bring these global visual experiences to life.
Throughout this experience, I demonstrated a multidisciplinary approach that combines strategic thinking, creativity and collaboration, contributing to projects from concept development to final delivery.
